We are humans and we sure sometimes feel discouraged, sometimes we will be encouraged by our fellow humans but sometimes also, that same people who encourages us will be the same person to discourage us.
We sometimes get discouraged by our fellow humans the times when we about achieving certain things in life, bad friends will always want to discourage one from achieving greater things in life. They will surely find ways, find words that will make or change his/her mind on certain decisions that’s why we need self encouragement, we need self encouragement, in order to keep moving on in life.
When one encourages one the person lives life positively different but when discourages one the person discouraged lives to take wrong decisions. Every great person of today learned to encourage his/herself in time of trouble. You won’t always be encouraged by others thats why you need self encouragement, but in order to encourage yourself one will need to have a good high self esteem one must be able to take responsibility for his/her actions and also learn from his or her mistakes.
So how do one encourage his/herself
1. Have an High Self Esteem: This is the first on the list because before one can encourage his/herself one must believe in his/her self one must have an high self esteem one must love his/herself.
- Tell yourself Motivational Words: This one is also one of the best ways to encourage yourself, you need to always tell yourself motivational words you need to always talk to yourself the way you would talk to someone in need of advise, tell yourself words like e.g i can do it, i can make it

Associate Youself with people who encourages you: To also encourage yourself, try associate yourself with people who encourage you.

Think Pleasant Thought: To also encourage yourself think pleasant thoughts, in time of trouble think thoughts that are pleasant, think thoughts that gets the problem off your mind for a while.

Exercise: Try exercise on a regular basis. All for you to encourage. Exercising daily at least 15 to 30 minutes a day will help your metabolism which will in turn help your mood.

Eat healthy food

Listen to inspirational songs: Try listen to songs that are inspirational, i believe it will help greatly.

Keep a good sense of humour.
I believ with this list above one will be able to work towards encouraging oneself.
